How do I return the product to Candere within 30 days?
1) If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at +91 22 6106 6262 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
2) Please read the information on your original packing slip.
3) Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely pack the unused item back.
4) All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5) For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

6) Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.
7) You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
Now let's say you received a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we'll a. first apologize profusely and then b. exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Again, not that we don't trust you, but we'll need to inspect the item upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly. However, if the product is found to not be defective, shipping charges will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
All Candere jewelry comes with an IGI©, GIA©,HKD© or EGL© Appraisal Certificate which must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost (usually around Rs. 800, sometimes more). If you don't have the certificate, let us know that when you call so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement.
