Terms & Conditions

  1. You can choose any number of Monthly Installments from 2 to 6 months for gold jewelry and 2 to 12 months for diamond jewelry for products above Rs.10,000. Under Part Payment minimum payment accepted will be 10% of order value.
  2. Your product will be booked as per the current gold market price and will be unaffected by the fluctuating gold rates.
  3. You will have the flexibility to complete the payment on any given day if you feel the gold rate is best for you.
  4. To purchase at dropped gold prices full payment has to be made for the order on that day.
  5. One installment payment within 31 days from previous payment is compulsory, failing which benefit of the plan will not be applicable and you will be considered as a defaulter for the scheme.
  6. In case of default in payment of the installment in the stipulated time, the customer will lose the privilege of opting for a lower gold rate besides the gold rate being updated every time it increases till the tenure is completed.
  7. In case of cancellation, the customer will be charged a 10% of the order value as cancellation fees and the balance amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  8. Orders placed under Gold Rate Protection are eligible for exchange only strictly within 30 days of receipt of the product. Exchanged order will be as per current gold rate prevailing on the website at that time.
  9. Offer applied in the order during booking will remain the same under all circumstances.

  2. Excluding plain gold jewellery, gold coin/bar, gold frame and loose solitaire.
  3. As per our credit card EMI, you can buy jewellery priced above Rs. 5,000/-
  4. All products displayed on the website have an approximate weight and may vary slightly post manufacturing. In case the weight increase or decrease the difference amount will be either refunded or payable to the customer.
  5. In case of order cancellation, the customer will be charged 10% of the order value and the balance amount after deduction will be refunded
  6. On the payment page If the credit card EMI occurs and the customer happen to click on it then they will receive a payment link on the registered E-mail ID and as well as SMS from Kataria/EMIwire. They need to follow the below mentioned steps:

    • Step 3. Select the bank
    • Step 4. Select the EMI tenure and then click on proceed.
