Shipping charges for jewellery sent under the Repairs, Refinishing & Ring Resizing service shall be borne by the customer.

We offer lifetime refinishing services (labour charges waived) for your Candere jewellery. Send your jewellery to us, and we will refinish, buff, and polish it to help restore its shine.

Minor repairs identified during the refinishing process will be carried out free of charge, wherever feasible. If major repairs are required, our team will assess the product and discuss the available options with you before proceeding.

If your jewellery requires repairs outside the applicable return period, we will endeavour to repair or replace it at a nominal charge. The product will be evaluated, and an estimate will be shared with you for approval before any work is undertaken.

If your product requires repair or replacement, the applicable charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and extent of the repair.

Shipping charges for jewellery sent under the Repairs & Refinishing service shall be borne by the customer.

This service is not available for international orders (orders shipped outside India).
