All of our jewellery is custom made by our goldsmiths and hallmarked and certified by any of world’s top 3 jewellery certifying laboratories namely GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), EGL (European Gemological Laboratory) or HKD (HKD Diamond Laboratories - Canada); therefore please allow up to 10 working days for the jewellery to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments. Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.
Products are shippped post receipt of full amount against the order.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION, ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, REGARDLESS OF ANY SIGNATURE WAIVER ON FILE.
For your protection, merchandise orders over Rs. 10,000 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.
Candere holds the export license for jewellery for international shipping.
Insurance for the jewellery that is in shipping, is taken care of by Candere.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Candere containing your Fedex, DHL-Bluedart, USPS tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting our logistics partner web site and following the instructions using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on Candere.com.
All shipments are traceable.

All jewellery are supplied with 30 day, no quibble, money back guarantee provided that they are returned as sold, ie unworn with all the supporting paperwork.
Candere will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement jewellery. This excludes any items that have been designed through our bespoke service, ie designed exclusively for our client by themselves or by Candere.
Loose Solitaire Diamonds and Loose Gemstones are not covered under 30 Day Returns policy. Also in case of deliveries outside India, we do not currently accept any returns or exchanges on the product(s).

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT TO CANDERE WITHIN 30 DAYS?
1) If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at +91 22 6106 6262 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
2) Please read the information on your original packing slip.
3) Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely pack the unused item back.
4) Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.
5) Check the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

6) Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.
7) You can expect a refund within 7 working days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
Now let's say you received a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we'll a. first apologize profusely and then b. exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Again, not that we don't trust you, but we'll need to inspect the item upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
All Candere jewellery comes with an IGI©, GIA©,HKD© or EGL© Appraisal Certificate which must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost (usually around Rs. 800, sometimes more). If you don't have the certificate, let us know that when you call so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement.
Candere will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Candere jewellery can be exchanged or upgraded for any other item as under:
Only Gold Jewellery can be exchanged at 95% of the current market value of gold.
Jewellery studded with Diamonds can be exchange at 80% of current market value of all the materials.
Jewellery studded with Gemstones can be exchange at 70% of current market value of all the materials.
Our exchange policy only applies to undamaged jewellery that are accompanied by the original diamond grading report and/or certificate. No discount offers can be clubbed or applied against the exchange. Any special discount or a value of free gift received while making your purchase will be deducted, you can also choose to return the free gift as well. Diamond and/or Gemstone jewellery cannot be exchanged against only gold jewellery or gold coins. The current market value will be determined by Candere.com. You will be given a voucher for the determined value which remains valid for 12 months. Please note that this voucher cannot be encashed.

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment provided by Candere where you can pay 25% of the product value at the time of placing an order and the remaining amount should be paid in full at the receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment.
Please note that partial order can't be delivered.
Currently we are serving only selected pincodes for COD. Please check if COD is available for your pincode in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 50,000 (Conditions apply) for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.

RESIZING & REPAIRS
In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
This feature is not available for International Orders(Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Candere will exchange for any other item in our collection, refund your money or send replacement jewellery. This excludes any items that have been customized or engraved exclusively for our customer by themselves or by Candere. Only Life Time Exchange Policy will be applicable.
Part payments received against customized jewellery are not refunded.
Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
Any item that shows the sign of wear or have been altered, resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged will not be accepted under 30 days return policy.
Loose Solitaire Diamonds and Loose Gemstones are not covered under 30 Day Returns policy.
Product should be accompanied with Original diamond grading report and/or certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchanges under 30 days return policy.
In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
In case of a refund on 30 days Moneyback, payment of the refund amount shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of the payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.
In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.
The prevailing market value will be determined by Candere.com
