Good products but Service can improve
This was a surprise anniversary gift for my wife with a latest delivery date of Feb 11th at my relative's address where we were staying temporarily while travelling.
While placing the order the estimated delivery date was showing as Feb 10th. I still reconfirmed from your associate - Santosh Khamkar, whether or not I would receive the ring on time. He assured me that I will and even in the worst case it would get delayed by at most a day where also I would be proactively contacted by Candere and informed of the 1 day delay.
Till Feb 8th, the status was showing manufacturing in progress - I contacted Santosh again myself. He still assured me that the ring would be shipped tomorrow (Feb 9th) and I would receive it latest by Feb 11th (I have it in writing as well via his email).
In the end I did not receive it even on Feb 11th and had to travel further from my relative's place. Not only did I miss gifting this to my wife on the anniversary day, as courier companies would not ship gold items, I had to travel back to my relative's place just collect it.
Had Candere stuck to its original commitment, I could have surprised my wife on our anniversary as well as avoided all this extra and unnecessary trouble.
