A Walk Through Candere's Envisage 2022

With great inspiration, comes great design.The theme was peacock and how the participants delivered! The second edition of Envisage, held on the 20th of August was a smashing success after three months of overwhelming submissions. We received 170 stunning entries with an array of creative talent visible in each one of them. Out of these, we shortlisted 20 of the best designs and the finest 11 were invited to Mumbai. Contestants flew from different states to be a part of this event. With their designs all ready and presentation pitch all prepared, they took to the stage to astonish us with their creative thinking and out-of-the-box ideas for the future of the jewellery industry.

The event was followed by a masterclass conducted by Mr. Shubhankar Baug and Mr. Sameer Patel who gave an in depth tutorial on what goes on in jewellery making from its conception in designing all the way to the complete production process.

With their expert eye, the jury carefully examined each contestant’s presentation in order to pick the final 3. Each designer’s inspiration was as unique as it gets making the competition neck-to-neck. That said, the contestants were just as eager to learn from each other and the industry experts present at the event making the place a haven of new learnings and healthy competition. There was an aura of creativity and sportsmanship all around and while picking winners from these creative folks was a challenge, we are proud to announce our top 3.
