- We take responsibility for your jewellery during transit, JewelAssure covers post-delivery risks.
- You can renew the Insurance after the validity period of 1 year is over.
- Your Insurance certificate and other details will be shared over the mail
- To make a claim, simply call the number mentioned on your Insurance Certificate.
- The insurance amount will not be refunded in case of a return or exchange, as it applies to the respective product purchased at the time of the order. If exchanging, a new insurance must be purchased for the exchanged item.
