There is no validity of the referral link.

Can we encash or get the referral amount transferred to our bank account?
No, encashment or transfer of referral amount is not allowed.
Can we avail of offers on the purchase that we make using the referral amount?
Yes, the offers can be availed on your purchase.
How many referrals can we make using a single account?
You can make 20 successful referrals from a single account.

Can we pay our DGRP/Smart Jewellery Plan installment payments using the referral amount?
Yes, the referral amount can be used to pay the installment amount of the DGRP Plan or Smart Jewellery Plan.
Does the referral amount get expired?
Yes. The referral amount expires after 90 days from the date of credit.
Where can I check my successful referrals?
You can check your successful referrals by visiting your ‘My Account’ section under Refer & Earn tab.
Can we buy a gift card using the referral amount?
Buying a gift card using the referral amount is not allowed.
When is the referral amount reflected in my account?
The referral amount is reflected 15 days after the order is delivered to the referee.
Is there any minimum price amount for the product?
There is no minimum purchase cap for the products under this plan.
Can we use the entire amount for one purchase?
Yes, your entire referral amount can be used to make one purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- By subscribing to our referral module, you agree to Candere’s Terms of Use and Candere’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Candere's Referral Program:
- Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a signup or purchase made at www.candere.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. There's no minimum purchase required for Qualified Referral.
- Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer has to be a new customer who has never purchased from Candere before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made their first purchase using your Candere referral link and you didn’t receive store credit, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Just shoot us an email cs@candere.com, and we'll sort it out for you.
- Referral Rewards: For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete signup or make a purchase on the website.
- No Spam: You must conform to all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited and can lead to the terminationation of your account and exclusion from Candere's Referral Program.
- Right to Close Accounts: Candere reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Candere Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Candere reserves the right to cancel our Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
- Validity of Referral Amount: The referral amount will be credited to your Candere wallet and will be valid up to 90 days from the date when the amount is credited to your Candere Wallet. The referral amount is not valid on the purchase of Gift Cards and can not be used for Double Gold Rate Protection/ Smart Jewellery Plan.
- Referrer Limit: You can send only 20 referrals through one account.
- Crediting Rewards: Up to ₹150 is credited in your Candere Wallet instantly when your referee signs up, up to ₹950 is credited in your Candere Wallet 15 days after the referee’s order is delivered.
