Terms & Conditions
- You can choose any number of Monthly Installments from 2 to 3 months for gold jewelry and 2 to 12 months for diamond jewelry for products above Rs.10,000. Under Part Payment minimum payment accepted will be 10% of order value.
- Your product will be booked as per the current gold market price and will be unaffected by the fluctuating gold rates.
- You will have the flexibility to complete the payment on any given day if you feel the gold rate is best for you.
- To purchase at dropped gold prices full payment has to be made for the order on that day.
- One installment payment within 31 days from previous payment is compulsory, failing which benefit of the plan will not be applicable and you will be considered as a defaulter for the scheme.
- In case of default in payment of the installment in the stipulated time, the customer will lose the privilege of opting for a lower gold rate besides the gold rate being updated every time it increases till the tenure is completed.
- In case of cancellation, the customer will be charged a 10% of the order value as cancellation fees and the balance amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Orders placed under Gold Rate Protection are eligible for exchange only strictly within 15 days of receipt of the product. Exchanged order will be as per current gold rate prevailing on the website at that time.
- Offer applied in the order during booking will remain the same under all circumstances.

Return Policy
- In case of defects, you can get 100% Exchange or Refund on your purchase within 15 days of delivery.
- Order can only be exchanged only once, after which it will be eligible for exchange as per our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
- The returns of orders paid via digital wallets like Safegold, online vouchers, gift cards, Schemes, or Candere Wallet will be eligible for Exchange only.
- If you wish to return a purchase without defects, a 10% fee will be applicable.
- If the item shows signs of wear, tear, or repairs by a jeweller other than Candere.com, this policy will not be applicable.
- The item will not be accepted under this policy if the “Non-Returnable if torn” tag is removed.
- Tushi Products will be eligible for Exchange only, and a refund will not be applicable.
- In case of engravings, removal of tag, logo, etc., a 10 % deduction will be applicable on the invoice value. If the client wishes to go for an Exchange, 100% value will be adjusted to the exchanged order.
- Regarding exchange orders, current gold rates and offers will be applied/replaced with those used for the original order.
- Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones and Gold Coins or Bars and Frames are not covered under the 15-Day Return policy.
- DGRP Orders will only be eligible for the 15-day Exchange policy, NO refund will be applicable on DGRP orders. A 10% cancellation charge is applicable towards the same.
- This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
